El Conquistador Night at Club Bistro
Coming on April 10, enjoy an evening of timeless flavors, a tasting menu of your all-time El Conquistador favorites with the guitar music of Jorge Duran at Club Bistro. This new dining experience is every Thursday at The Royal Sands.
Book your table and prepare to enjoy a selection of dishes including French onion soup and Caesar salad, beef carpaccio and seafood-stuffed mushrooms au gratin, Chilean salmon in mustard and tarragon sauce, Diane-style beef medallions, coffee-crusted fish fillet or chicken breast with lobster filling, among others. They all have a wine pairing featuring sauvignon blanc and chardonnay wines from Australia, Malbec from Argentina and White Zinfandel from Mexico.
The perfect finale to your meal is the trilogy of mini desserts – crème brûlée, creamy El Conquistador chocolate fondant and Key Lime Pie.
Master guitarist Jorge Duran will be serenading diners with his repertoire of classics, pop evergreens

Club Bistro is open from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. There will be two sittings for the El Conquistador dining experience: 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
