Family resorts in stunning settings
With its gentle waves, the sheltered palm-lined beach of The Royal Cancun is the perfect spot for quiet time with small children or grandchildren, and yet there is plenty of outdoor fun to enjoy too, from pools and daily activities to snorkeling, sail boating and kayaks. For non-stop splashes and smiles, families will love The Royal Sands Aqua Park, the pools and a wide stretch of beach for volleyball, sandcastles and playing in the shallows. A world of activities awaits guests of all ages at The Royal Haciendas, our beautiful resort at the heart of the Riviera Maya. The gardens and pool decks offer spots for relaxation and plenty of leafy corners for kids treasure hunts and pirate games. At Grand Residences, a secluded beach, luxury suites, gourmet cuisine, exclusive activities and unique touches of pampering for everyone in the family make the resort an exceptional Mexican Caribbean hideaway.
Kids time
The Kids Clubs teams have a fun-packed daily lineup of games, sports and art activities lined up for your children at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun, The Royal Haciendas and Grand Residences.
Pirates, Maya warriors, superheroes, water babies and beach Olympians, there is something different every day and movies, art and craft sessions and video games for some quiet time.
In addition to the Kids Clubs, there are children’s playgrounds and pools at the resorts and our littlest guests at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas also have slides to enjoy at the Aqua Parks.
Teens have their own fun activities too, full of sports, pool fun and video games.
Choose your daily activities
For adults, call in at the Activity Center, there’s always something fun on to keep you busy and entertained. The program features everything from yoga to start the day to pilates, power dance and aqua fitness, horseshoes, water polo and Latin dance classes. Poolside bingo sessions, games and contests and beach volleyball at 3 p.m. are favorites, don’t miss them!

Splashdown!
Cool off in the resort pools and pool deck jacuzzis, enjoy a dip in the crystal-clear Caribbean and take to the water slides at The Royal Sands Aqua Park for more family fun. Sports time
Tennis, pickleball, water polo, beach volleyball and bike rides, try them all at our resorts. Keep fit with morning yoga, stretching, pilates and aqua aerobics. Work out in the gym and if you like your exercise to be aquatic, do your laps in the pool, sign out a sail boat, kayak or even a paddleboard.
