Scenery at Crystal Mountain

Navigating Crystal Mountain can be intimidating. We’re here to simplify things with the essentials for parking, rentals, and guest services. Whether the snow stacks overnight and powder fever hits hard, or the groomers are firing, and your only goal is smooth laps and zero distractions, we’ve got you covered.

Behind every good day on the mountain is a crew of people working long before the first chair and well after the last call. To help you feel more dialed from the moment you arrive, here’s a look at some of the key departments that keep the mountain running day in and day out smoothly.

Parking With Tonya Morawski

Parking isn’t the most glamorous part of skiing and riding, but it’s one of the most important. Every day, our parking crew gets out there early, often in tough conditions, and keeps traffic flowing smoothly and vehicles parked safely.

Whether it’s navigating powder mornings or peak weekends, our parking employees are your first point of contact at the mountain. Follow their directions, be patient, and know they’re doing their best to get everyone parked efficiently so we can all start the day well.

Rentals with Andrew Dymerski

Looking to try new gear? Flying in for a ski trip? Or do you just need fresh wax after a few storm days? The Rentals team has you covered. From first timers to seasoned riders, they’ll fit you with gear that feels perfect for the day’s conditions.

Tuning services are always a must during storm cycles and freeze-thaw days alike. A quick wax or edge touch-up can make all the difference, especially when the snow gets sticky or the groomers run fast.

Pro tip: swing by early on busy days to beat the rush.
