Art’otel London Battersea Power Station, managed by Park Plaza Hotels, and situated within Battersea Roof Gardens, has officially opened its doors to the public.

The interiors of the building have been overseen by Spanish artist Jaime Hayon and the design of the hotel is a blend of the Power Station’s history and heritage, as well as its future at the centre of a new cultural district and neighbourhood for London.

The 164-room hotel is also home to TOZI Grand Cafe, the Art Gallery, main restaurant JOIA led by Michelin-star Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, six meeting rooms, a spa complete with a sauna, steam room and gym, as well as a heated rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and bar.

Hayon said: “I wanted to create a journey for guests and bring a completely new hotel experience to London, one that blends great comfort with a new vision of contemporary creativity.

“Artistic expression is the soul behind the interior design of the hotel. London Battersea Power Station is set to become a new hub for art and creativity, bringing something truly special to this iconic location, and it’s been a true honour to work on this project.”

The cost of the hotel rooms starts at £400 per night.
